PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR PAYING YOUR ASSESSMENTS



1.MAILING YOUR PAYMENT:

Please make your check payable to your Association (not KPG Accounting Services) and note your account number in the memo field. See below for instructions to find your account number online. 

 

2.SET UP ACH (AUTOPAY) WITH KPG ACCOUNTING SERVICES: 

 

ACH (AUTOPAY) is a convenient way to automatically pay your association fees and special assessments. It can be set up to withdraw your payment from your Checking or Savings account. (Please note that we cannot set up recurring payments from your credit or debit card. Please see the Credit/Debit Card instructions below). Your payment will be processed on the third day after it is due. There is no charge for this service. It can be cancelled at any time by notifying our office at least seven days before your next withdrawal is scheduled to occur.

3.E-CHECK AND CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: 

 

If you want more flexibility in making your payments and would like to control when your payment is made, you will need to create an account at KPG.CINCWebaxis.com. Click ‘Sign In” on the top right and then “Create Account”. You must fill out the fields with red asterisks (name, address, email address). Once your account is verified, you will receive an email to create a password for your online account. You can schedule a ONE-TIME or RECURRING payments by clicking here: ECheck and Credit/Debit Cards

 

Please note that there is a $1.99 E-Check fee for each payment from a checking or saving account. Credit/Debits cards are charged a 3.25% processing fee. 

 

CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE, ACCOUNT NUMBER AND AUTOPAY (ACH) STATUS: 

 

To check your account balance and assessment due dates, you must create an account at: kpg.cincwebaxis.com 

Click ‘Sign In” on the top right and then “Create Account”. You must fill out the fields with red asterisks (name, address, email address). Once your account is verified, you will receive an email to create a password for your online account. To check your balance, your amount due will be on the home screen when you sign in. To find your account number or ACH (AUTOPAY) status, click “Account Information” and “My Profile”.
